Artist’s Talk: Rich Nelson

The Division of Art + Design hosts an evening with Rich Nelson, a nationally recognized visual artist whose works are in corporate, museum, gallery, and private collections around the county. This session will include a Q&A time.

Rich Nelson is a signature member of the Portrait Society of America who loves painting landscape, still life, and figurative pieces, usually from life. In over 20 years as a professional artist, Rich Nelson has completed over 500 oil portraits and 1000 charcoal portraits, exhibited through one-person shows and invitationals, and won a number of awards.
This exhibition will be on display Monday-Saturday 8 a.m.-10 p.m. through October 3.

Founder's Memorial Amphitorium
Established in 2009 under the baton of Artistic Director and Conductor, David R. White, the Georgia Boy Choir has quickly gained a reputation as one of the finest Choirs of its kind. Known for the transcendent beauty of their singing and powerful, nuanced musical interpretation, the Choir has garnered an impressive international fan base through touring and its many performance videos.
